VERTO SOFTWARE
All Verto software carry out coordinate conversion between the most adopted reference systems in Italy: Roma 40, ED50, and ETRS89, this one in its two realizations, namely ETRF89 and ETRF 2000.
The following software are currently available:
MAIN DIFFERENCES:
- Verto2k and Verto3k are for sale, they both need gridded data, to be purchased separately, in order to carry out coordinate conversion; Verto on Line is free of charge.
- Planimetric results are identical for the 4 reference systems both for Verto2k and Verto3k and also for Verto on Line..
- Verto2k and Verto3k convert heights by means of geoid models; Verto on Line doesn’t carry out heights’ conversion.
- Verto2k and Verto3k accept entered coordinates of a point, .txt files and excel files as input format; Verto on Line can process different kind of files such as vector files and raster files.
