Financial Assistance

A limited amount of financial assistance has generously been granted by EuroGeographics. This is limited to up to 750 euros per person for those people that really need support.
- Only one delegate, who really needs funding, per country is allowed (although two or more people can share the contribution for one amongst themselves).
- Approval for funding must be received before registering for the conference.
- Only delegates from active institutions in full EuroGeographics member countries can apply for a contribution.
- The deadline for requesting assistance is May 10, 2009.
The support is limited to 750 euros per person. This amount includes:
- participation fee: 140 euros
- extra expenses: 50 euros (no receipt requested)
- expenses for travel and accommodation
Original receipts for travel, accommodation, etc have to be presented to the EUREF Secretary Helmut Hornik at the Symposium. The assistance will be paid cash.
